Payment not received

If you have not received your payment through Viewpost please look at the below:


ICL payments for select banks are streamlined and instead of the standard 5-7 business day processing times, these payments are processed within 24-48 business hours.

Since ICL payments are expedited and are sent from the senders bank to the recipients bank, Viewpost finance team does not have visibility into any payment failures or returns.

In the event of a payment failure or if your bank account that is on file is closed, please reach out to your customer as the payment should have been returned to their bank.


Our standard electronic payments can take up to 7 business days to process.

ACH deposits do not appear as 'Pending' in your bank account ahead of time. You will receive an estimated date on when you will receive your payment on your payment confirmation email.

Please consider that you may experience delays with payments completed on or before a bank holiday and they do not begin processing until the next business day.

If the bank account you have on file on Viewpost is closed then the payment will return back to Viewpost and one of our customer support representatives will reach out to you.

Please note, there is a $10 returned payment fee that will be billed the following month with the Viewpost fee invoice.

Paper check 

Our checks are mailed out via USPS and we are not provided with any tracking information.

If more than 7 business days have passed since you’ve received notification of payment, please contact your customer.

They will need to get with their bank and request a stop payment on the check as a precaution and reissue the payment.
