What is Optimized? ICL Enabled?

If your bank account is 'optimized' it means that you can receive payments swiftly, usually within 24 hours on a business day.

It has no effect on payments you send.

ICL stands for Image Cash Letter. It means that your bank streamlines Viewpost payment processing.

You can see if your bank is ICL Enabled on the Payment Methods page.

If your bank does not say ICL Enabled it means that payments will take standard processing times (Approx. 5 business days)

ICL enablement is at the bank's discretion, is not guaranteed, and for business accounts only.

Which banks offer ICL?

  • Bank of America
  • U.S. Bank
  • Regions
  • Truist formerly known as BB&T

This is not a feature you can request. Viewpost is integrating with new banks all the time.

If your bank is not ICL Enabled, it may be in the future.
