Invoice is 'Approved' not 'Paid'


Approved means that your customer agrees to the amount of the invoice.

Ex. Invoice is $200, they agree they owe you $200. Not $300, or $500. 

Once an invoice is Approved, it still needs to be paid. 

Payment can be sent by selecting a bill and choosing 'Schedule Payment'.
