Update credit card listed for subscription


If your credit card has expired or you need to change the payment method for your Viewpost subscription, you can easily update your billing information by following the steps below.

 Note: Updating your credit card ensures uninterrupted access to your Viewpost services. Please make sure the new card is active and has sufficient available credit.

Steps to Update Your Credit Card

  1. Log in to your Viewpost account at www.viewpost.com.
  2. Click the arrow next to your company name on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select “Company Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the Subscription section.
  5. Click “Edit” next to the current payment method.
  6. Enter your new credit card details, including expiration date and security code.
  7. Click “Save” to confirm and update your payment method.

Note: Your updated credit card will be used for future billing cycles. If you are updating your card due to a failed payment, the system will attempt to retry the charge once the new details are saved.
