If your credit card has expired or you need to change the payment method for your Viewpost subscription, you can easily update your billing information by following the steps below.
Note: Updating your credit card ensures uninterrupted access to your Viewpost services. Please make sure the new card is active and has sufficient available credit.
Steps to Update Your Credit Card
- Log in to your Viewpost account at www.viewpost.com.
- Click the arrow next to your company name on the top right corner of the screen.
- Select “Company Settings” from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section.
- Click “Edit” next to the current payment method.
- Enter your new credit card details, including expiration date and security code.
- Click “Save” to confirm and update your payment method.
Note: Your updated credit card will be used for future billing cycles. If you are updating your card due to a failed payment, the system will attempt to retry the charge once the new details are saved.
