Payment issues usually arise when a vendor closed or changed their bank account.
Payment issues come to our attention via communication from you, your vendor, or the banks.
Regardless of how the payment issues surfaces we want you and your vendors to have impeccable service.
Viewpost has two electronic payment methods: ACH and ICL
These methods are determined by who the vendor banks with.
ACH usually arrives in a few business days. ICL arrives in one.
- If ACH payments have not arrived those funds were most likely returned to Viewpost. We reach out to the vendor to determine what bank they want to register for payments and assist them in retrieving these funds and having subsequent funds delivered successfully.
- If ICL payments have not arrived, the vendor’s bank may still have possession of the funds, or they may have returned them directly to your bank.
