What Happens When My Account Changes from Corporate to Portal


All of these things WILL occur when your account is transitioned from Corporate to Portal. 

  • All scheduled payments to AND from non-corporate relationships are cancelled
  • All auto payments to AND from non-corporate relationships are disabled

  • All recurring invoices to AND from non-corporate relationships are paused

  • Invoices in payment queue are removed

  • AP Inbox turned off

  • Routing & approval turned off

  • You and your trading partners will receive email notifications indicating a change in service and advisement that the above transactions and functionalities have been affected

To prevent interruption of services, log in to Viewpost and navigate to the Subscription tab to enter or update credit card information.
