What if a company registers with information that differs from my address book?


A company joins, but uses information that does not match your records.

  • Your invitation could have been forwarded to a different person
  • Sent to a more pertinent department
  • The company simply registered with an alternative email then you have in your address book. 

We let you know when this occurs, because we want to facilitate accurate invoice and payment delivery.

You may update your address book on Viewpost to reflect the change.
