Two-Step Verification

At Viewpost security is paramount.

We are a financial technology company, and take every precaution to protect your business transactions and banking information.

Some personal information is required for our business application.

  • First and last name
  • Signer on bank account
  • Beneficial owners information including date of birth and identification verification for certain payment types
  • A cell phone number to receive verification codes

With two-step verification you increase security by requiring something that you know (username and password) and something that you usually have (your mobile phone) whenever you login from a new device.

What if I don't have a personal phone at work, or no way to add a number?

Please contact support for alternatives at support@viewpost.com

How does two step work?

  • Sign in: After entering your username and password, a code will be sent via text message to the mobile phone you entered when you registered.
  • Keep it simple: You can choose to enter the code once per computer, or every time you sign in. *A message will appear at sign in where you can select, "Don't ask me again on this device." Each code is one time use, and not valid for subsequent log ins.
  • Account security: We'll ask you to enter a code when you try to sign in to your account from another computer or location.(Ex. if you are traveling to a new state, or using a new computer)
  • What if I don't have my phone or the code isn't arriving? If you no longer have the device that is listed, or do not have access to it, contact Customer Support at support@viewpost.com
  • What if I have a new number? Once you log in, you may change the number under Personal Settings.

If your code is not arriving and the last 4 digits of the phone number are correct, click here: 2FA Status
