QuickBooks Online - What happens when I turn Auto-Sync Bills Off?


When Auto-Sync for bills is turned off, no bills or credit memos sync to QuickBooks Online from Viewpost. There is no way to manually sync bills; therefore, if the Auto-Sync Bills feature is turned off, any bills and credit memos received through Viewpot will need to be manually entered into QuickBooks Online.  

When auto sync is enabled again, any bills approved while auto-sync was off will not sync.

Auto - Sync feature can be turn on and off on the Sync Settings page.
