What email notifications are sent for QBO Sync?


Viewpost notifies the company of transactions that are synced via email.  The notifications are received by Viewpost users with the indicated permissions.

Users that are Admins or have Check Signing permissions will receive the following emails:

  1. Notification of successful payments
  2. Notification of failed payments
  3. Notification that payments need to be confirmed on Viewpost
  4. Reminders that payments need to be confirmed on Viewpost
  5. Auto-Send has been modified for vendor 
  6. Auto-Sync Results

The current user and admins will receive the following emails:

  1. Sync Failure due to QuickBooks permissions
  2. Sync Failure due to QuickBooks Online losing connection with Viewpost
