Do Credit Card payments to Vendors sync with QuickBooks Desktop?

There are 2 ways that credit card transactions may or may not sync between Viewpost and QuickBooks Desktop, depending on where the information was entered.  

  1. Credit Card information is entered in QuickBooks - If a vendor is paid via credit card in QuickBooks, we will sync that information from QuickBooks to Viewpost and close the bill on Viewpost, if it exists.
  2. Credit Card information is entered in Viewpost - If a vendor is paid with a credit card on Viewpost using the Stripe feature OR "record payment" is used on Viewpost to close a bill, we do not sync that credit card information down to QuickBooks since we will not have enough information to determine which credit card liability account to record the payment to.  These payments will need to be entered manually in Viewpost.
