Stop Payment


Didn’t mean to send a payment?

Contact your bank immediately to determine if a stop payment is still possible.

Once payments are submitted through Viewpost, they begin processing. In some cases, our support team may be able to assist if the payment was just submitted. Please contact support at support@viewpost.com as soon as possible.

Please note that payment notification emails and payment statuses within the application are not updated or retracted based on bank processing.

Voiding a payment in Viewpost only voids the record and disconnects the payment from the invoice. It does not stop the payment from processing. Viewpost processes one-way transactions and does not retrieve funds or facilitate reimbursements.

When you void a payment in Viewpost, a message will appear advising you to contact your bank directly.
