Once payments are sent on Viewpost they are processed. Your bank may be able to stop the payment.
Payment notification emails and payment status on the application are not retracted or updated based on internal bank processes.
**Voiding a payment on Viewpost voids the record only, disconnecting a payment from an invoice, and DOES NOT stop processing. Viewpost does one way transactions and does not retrieve funds, or get involved in reimbursements.**
When you void a payment on Viewpost the below messaging appears to tell you to contact the bank directly.
